We offer the ability to customize and implement training programs that are tailored to your specific needs:

Customized end-user tutorial: iPass customizes the standard distance learning tutorial to fit the needs of your particular remote access solution. The first part of the training is a two-minute introduction video featuring a live model who describes your organization's business drivers for remote access, end-user benefits and available access types.

The second part of the training comprises three parts:

• Animations that illustrate how to use each access type as well as your third-party applications, such as VPNs, firewalls and anti-virus packages
• Step-by-step instructions on all features of the iPassConnect™ mobility manager
• A troubleshooting wizard that helps end users quickly address their questions

iPass uses your company logo and customized iPassConnect mobility manager for all demonstrations. Each customized end-user tutorial is professionally narrated, and available in multiple languages. The training can be viewed on the iPass training portal, or iPass can provide you the files to host on your corporate intranet.

Customized support personnel training portal: iPass customizes a Web portal for training your IT staff and help desk personnel on all applications that are used for the remote access solution. iPass can even base the training portal on a theme, such as a subway map, to enhance the learning experience.
